Tenderness Therapy

Tenderness is an expression of love. It manifests itself in gentle, delicate, sweet, kind, affectionate, benevolent behavior. Tenderness leads to being sensitive to showing the vulnerability, fragility, pain, and suffering of human life.

Since my illness, I have felt the importance of taking care of myself and letting others take care of me, of letting love be expressed so that I can feel it and make it grow.
